The Public Service Announcements for International Disasters (PSAid) contest was developed to challenge college students to produce public service materials that creatively articulate why “Cash is Best” when helping people affected by emergencies overseas. Cash contributions allow relief organizations to purchase exactly what is most urgently needed to help survivors.
As a part of Brianna’s graphic design studio class, she was tasked with creating a design that illustrates how to donate responsibly when supporting disaster relief overseas for The USAID Center for International Disaster Information’s PSAid contest. Brianna animated a gif that fit the contest guidelines. She won 1st place in the digital image category.
